Michael Chieco
Brand & Business Strategy

Mike Chieco is a brand expert with deep experience building consumer brands domestically and abroad. Mike started his career at Deloitte Consulting where he specialized in digital growth strategy for retailers and restaurants chains. He then moved to Nairobi, Kenya where he launched the Subway, Pizza Hut, and Yves Rocher Cosmetics brands into East Africa. 

Most recently, Mike was a Senior Brand Manager at Procter and Gamble where he led Pantene, the world's largest hair care brand, and a product marketing manager at Meta. Mike currently resides in San Francisco with his wife, Kira, and daughter, Mila.

Mike is a graduate of the Yale Jackson Institute of Global Affairs and the Yale School of Management as well as Lehigh University School of Business. 


Michael has advised global brands on digital marketing growth and brand strategies.

Andrew Green
Corporate Innovation In-Housing

Andrew leads KSV's Corporate Innovation In-Housing practice and is also the Chief Operating Officer of Struck Studio. Prior to Struck Studio, Andrew was the Global Director of Innovation & Digital Ventures at AB-InBev, the world’s largest brewer, where he led the company’s first technology incubator and launched an in-house consumer digital product studio.

Earlier in his career, Andrew was a consultant for Deloitte’s Innovation Strategy practice with a focus on design thinking, innovation portfolio management, and corporate venture capital.  He has also been recognized for his work by Forbes’ 30 Under 30 List for Marketing & Advertising.  

Andrew graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Cognitive Science and Philosophy, Politics, & Economics (PPE).

Dima Popov
Media & Marketing Data Strategy

Co-Founder at, a former McKinsey consultant with deep media, data science, and strategy experience. Dima has served Fortune 500 caliber companies across the US and Europe on matters of strategy, marketing, commercial and operational excellence, data/analytics, and digital transformation. He has a degree in economics from HSE and executive education from Stanford GSB.
